UNDP-Amkeni Wakenya has been working with Radio Citizen in providing Civic and Voter Education through the Agenda Mageuzi, Platform that has a wide following. This is broadcast live from location Every Saturday starting at 7.15pm to 8.50p.m. SmartCitizens as the area Amkeni Wakenya Implementing Partner was actively engaged in planning for the event together with the Radio Citizen Field staff. This included mobilization of the County Leadership, Community leaders, opinion shapers and the general public.

Peace Walk together with Peace Ambassadors-Kenya.
SmartCitizens in partnership with Peace Ambassadors-Kenya and the Administration Police took part in a peace walk on the 11th October 2012, around Eldoret Town, before addressing a public forum in Eldoret's Nandi Garden. The peace-walk was meant to bring together all Kenyans in Eldoret to participate in a peaceful exercise even as political campaigns continue to gain momentum ahead of the March 2013 polls.
